Quality piece of equipment March 12, 2025 Reviewer: Richard P Gelber from Berwyn, PA United States   All in all, well made and high quality materials.  Tub is solid, welds seem good, and high pressure hose wand is really useful.  Couple quibbles: instructions are virtually useless, a blurry small photocopy of incomplete documentation.  I must have received my grooming tub during a production change because some panels had pre-installed threaded nuts on them while others didn’t.  Instructions just made this more confusing as they didn’t reference the new (?) components. Also, entirely unclear how to install the flexible hose drain and its associated couplings.  I gave up and installed conventional PVC p-trap and drain. Was this review helpful to you?

The shipping was expensive, but Flying Pig took great care in the packaging to prevent any damage, so I now understand why the shipping cost was high. Well worth every penny! Perfect for a small or medium size dog August 17, 2024 Reviewer: richard gilgrist from petoskey, MI United States   Our daughter with two dogs has had this same model and it is ideal for bathing the entire dog or just the feet.  The increased pressure nozzle can drive dirt or snow out of the paws, which will be important after winter walks in the "up north".  We replaced our utility tub with this and the depth and waist height makes any kind of grooming very easy. Purchasing directly from the manufacturer saved us money over Aamzon after paying for shipping. Was this review helpful to you?

Dog bathing tub; great customer service July 8, 2024 Reviewer: Cliff   We ordered a 38" pet bath tub and it arrived well-packaged but had scratches on the inside of the tub that no cleaner would remove. I sent an email to customer service and got a call back. I was immediately told that a replacement order would be sent right away. We received the replacement in a few days and it was in good shape. I ordered from Flying Pig after finding the product we were looking for and reading the reviews of how great the company's customer service is. I must say, the reviews were accurate.
