Very personal customer service August 5, 2019 Reviewer: Mary from Erlanger, KY United States   We have had our Flying Pig hydraulic tub for 4 years and started having issues with it going up and down. They took the time on the phone to help us diagnose the issue and we were able to fix the problem ourselves for the cost of the parts.  Very pleased with the tub and the customer service. Replacement part April 5, 2019 Reviewer: Tudor   I evidently didn’t tighten the bolts well enough, so when I lost one, I emailed the company for a replacement. Within a few days they sent several bolts, not just one. Their customer service is excellent. Was this review helpful to you?

Flying pig tub wouldn’t go up or down February 22, 2019 Reviewer: Ann Rose from West Alexandria, OH United States   Upon discovering that my FP tub was broken and would not raise up or go down, my husband looked at the circuit board and discovered that condensation might have shortened it out. Her and FP customer service and talked to a representative and after telling him the problem, the customer service representative told him it was probably the circuit board and proceeded to order another one for us, telling us it was pretty simple to install. The board arrived within a few days and my husband installed it easily just as was said. The tub worked immediately. Thank you, Flying Pig as I don’t know what I would do without my tub.
