Broken moter/horrible customer service July 9, 2022 Reviewer: Jen Townson from MA   I have purchased three of these tables, two of which the moters broke in less than a year. The first table I bought a few years ago, the moter broke after 4 months. When I contacted the company, I was told I could buy a new moter! So, I could spend another $100+ and then hire an electrician? I purchased two more tables last year's thinking maybe it was a fluke. Guess what?? Yesterday the moter broke! I have emailed the company, no response. If you want to waste $1000+, then I suggest finding Jack and buying the magic beans, they'll be more use to you than these over-priced tables. Order Processing April 19, 2022 Reviewer: Susan Cook from Bellflower, CA United States   There was as a delay in shipping and I was not notified. I had to call to find this out. Also, when checking with shipping company, they had delivery status as “pending”, and the item was delivered the next day. Very poor and inaccurate information at every level. Table is great. Product works amazing but poor shipping January 31, 2022 Reviewer: Matthew brewer from Plymouth, IN United States   Product works awesome and my fiance is very happy with it, only thing to complain about would be the shipping (which doesnt affect the product review in my eyes), the wooden box that the table came in was crushed and covered in footprints, however because the table is so sturdy it works perfectly fine, trust me if it can survive what ours went through in shipping it can handle whatever its designed for with ease lol. Perfect grooming tables January 20, 2022 Reviewer: Mary Jewell from Dayton, OH United States   I bought three low tables for my grooming salon. They arrived quickly with excellent communication from the truck service. The tables themselves are super sturdy and go almost all the way down to the floor, so they are perfect for large dog breeds. Low low low! December 27, 2021 Reviewer: Ann Davis from Saint Peters, MO United States   So so nice for my older,big guys- so nice to come up fairly high for the littles! I am 5ft6in, this rises well for me. I also like the space it takes up-- it goes straight up and down, unlike other tables that sort of roll the table top out and bacj while it raises all the way.  It came with an over head bar which is nice. The only complaint i have, is that my groomers helper pole fixture does NOT fit the included poles. I think I can correct with some rubber. The included poles do have one stationary ring per pole that can act as an anchor, but the position of that ring cannot be moved up and down. So far, it hasnt been a big deal. Table top is removable and heavy and has nice traction for pups. The table was shipped quickly and delivery was great. I am EXTREMELY happy with this table! Was this review helpful to you?
