my tub loops were missing the thingies to attach said loops to the backlash  wall.
Contacted Flying pigs and told  them.
They listened, then said they would take  care of it.
They did!

I have bought these loops from you before and they were great!  However, these last four are extremely hard to adjust. The clip around the straps is so tight that when trying to adjust while holding a wiggly dog, it is near impossible.
