I recently pulled my dryer off the shelf and broke the handle off. I was very relieved when I called Flying PIg and was able to buy another handle with no fuss. I wish all businesses ran on common sense principles like this.

Not sure why you made the brushes so hard to change out. Take whole thing apart and have to weld back new ones in. Why not put leaders to it to just unsnap and snap new back in.
