Really happy we made the investment, The quality is absolutely worth it.
1) Came early and very well packaged.
2) there are two 1 1/2 inch holes at the top of the side panels (one on each side). In the pictures, one of them has a black connector, I did not receive that and in the instructions, it shows as an optional part. But I bought some plastic plugs on Amazon. I would suggest they just spend an extra dollar and provide this with the tub
3)Upgraded sprayer. I figured that I am spending this much, I don't want to be disappointed. Seems worth it. The install instructions were poor, they don't list some large washers or rubber gaskets, that are included, but they don't tell you where to put them.
4) The ramp rails were not parallel so the ramp would get stuck as you pull it out. I took a crescent wrench and tweaked a little into place and it now works perfect.
Overall, I am very happy with the purchase, it is a quality tub that looks amazing and should last.
