Great product May 17, 2023 Reviewer: Robert Houser from Sunbury, OH United States   Looks great. Works great. Packaged well. The only issue was delivery. I understand that someone probably had their drive damaged by a delivery truck, but my drive is 1/2 mile long in the country so “curb side” is not feasible. April 15, 2023 Reviewer: Stephanie Carlisle from PORT WASHINGTON, OH United States   The truck it was delivered to us on, did not have a lift gate to get product out of truck. (The tub and table were bundled together. Which made it around 500 lbs!) Thank goodness my husband was him and able to use equipment to unload it. Otherwise I don’t know what I would have done. So caution when ordering…..make sure to have a loading dock for semi, or a skid loader. The back splash was damaged. But contacted support and they replaced it in a timely manner with no issues. Great Quality Product and Super fast Shipping! March 10, 2023 Reviewer: Paul McKelvy from McKinney, TX United States   The quality was much better than expected almost appears if it were handmade in a custom fab shop!   We are very pleased with the product!  Only no excellent review would be the attaching the backsplash to the tub.  It's really difficult to get the buts and bolts attached because of the clearance.  Maybe a design modification could be done to help with this.  But it's not a big deal since it's a one time assembly.  :). For sure order the deluxe faucet and sprayer!!!  It so awesome I may order one for my personal shower!  Again, looks to be custom hand made!  The jets are wonderful feeling.  lol Was this review helpful to you?

Excellent product! March 10, 2023 Reviewer: Cathy B from UMATILLA, FL United States   I am not a professional groomer.   I bought this tub because I have a bad back and bathing my dog using a hose was always a challenge (weather, lack of warm water, bending over).  The tub arrived in perfect condition, was easy to assemble with help from my husband.   Our dog took to it immediately.   This tub was worth every cent.
