Not having a quality faucet/sprayer is an unnecessary inconvenience. I shouldn't be charged separately. Water supply hoses are not true braided stainless steel. They're fake. Replaced them before I even used the tub. The interior trim piece is barely tack welded in. 2 small dots are not going to last. Build for the long haul and properly weld all the way around. Takes 2 minutes, costs $0.20. The interior of the tub, where the legs of the base meet penetrated the stainless steel surface and will be the first places to rust and fail. Proper joining of the legs to the base will increase the life of the tub tremendously. The instructions should list the parts AND their specifications (EG...Part A: 22mm hex head bolts) This will help to determine if all parts are present, or help in buying replacement parts. Because... It was missing the 4 longer bolts that were to be used to connect the tub to the base. Transportation/Logistic/Delivery was it's own nightmare.
